You received an email in your inbox? A self-assessment campaign is in process. It allows managers and HR managers to have a global vision on their employee’s skills.
Who is concerned by this article?
Administrators and manager for creating and launching the campaign and the standard user who self-assess himself.
How to self-assess yourself?
Access: Click on the link you received in your inbox or in Eurecia > My employee record > Skills.
- Click on the link you received by email or in your employee record.
- Go to 'skills' tab
- Click on the'list of skills' to see the self-assessment grid.
A blue banner indicates you are in “self-assessment of my skills”.
For each skill, rank your actual level on a scale from “not acquired” to “Acquired”.
Once you finish ranking all skills, click on “2. submit my self-assessment”
