To preserve a history of elements you are going to edit, Eurécia offers you the possibility to archive data that will be edited from the 'Employee record'

Which fields are concerned by the archiving?
Access : HR Portal > Employee directory
- Click on HR Portal in the main menu, then in Employee directory.
Due to the modification of some fields in the employee file, Eurécia proposes, at the time of its saving, to archive the values of the "Employee record". This makes it possible to find the chronology of the employee's evolution.
The fields concerned by archiving in the Employee record:
- Contract start date
- Contract end date
- Job title
- Monthly gross salary
- Benefit 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
- Activity rate
- Employment contract
- Activity type
- Professional status
- Hourly cost
- Hourly sales rate
- Daily cost
- Daily rate
The fields concerned only by sending an email are:
- Postal adresses
- Bank account details
An email can also be sent automatically to the company's HR Manager, who will then be automatically notified of substantial changes in the employee's data.
The HR/Payroll administrator is defined in the employee's record in the tab "Approval cycle".
