You can use "Time tracking" Tab as a time clock, you can inform your presence in the company day a day, monthly or weekly.
You can also inform specific times: on-call times, shifts times and dress-up times …
Access: Times & Activities > My timesheets
- Put your working time or check “standard day”
- If you need to, inform the type of time (for example: on-call time). Default time is “standard”. This column only appears if different times exists in your company.
- Add some lines if you need to add new timeslots.
- Type a commentary (optional).
- Save and/or submit for approval.
Different types of times are not necessarily included in actual working time and therefore not accounted in the total hours worked a day.
