Assign a new job to a collaborator
Access : Admin Area > General settings > Open Employees and users
- Go to 'Skills' Tab
- In 'Job history' click on 'New job'
- Select the new job
- If necessary, but an end date for the old job
- Click on 'Save'
Do not confuse Function and Job: the function is often individualized and is specified in the header of the Employee record as a free entry field, while the job is predefined and contains skills.
