One of your employee wants to take a specific training course and you want to make the request?
Access: Employee directory > Open the employee record > GPEC > Training courses.
- Click on “Add an intended training course”
- Search for the concerned training course by typing the first letters (for example: Engl for English)
- If the training course does not exists, create a new formation by entering every domain (the HR department will add it to the catalogue or not).
Training courses has been add to the employee record, under “intended” status.
Once the HR department will approve the request, you and your employee will receive an email.
