Eurécia allows users to submit exceptional work requests, i.e. to request to work outside usual working hours.
Once the request is approved, you can enter events in the resource schedule outside usual working time slots.
Entering timesheets is not affected by requests.
Enter an exceptional work request
Access: Time & Activities > Mes demandes > Créer une nouvelle demande

- Enter the date of the request, on which the hours are intended to be worked
- Enter the start time and end time of the request, or the volume of hours (depending on the entry mode for timesheets).
- Add a time slot, enter an additional date and hours if you need to submit multiple requests at once
Note: you cannot enter a request for time slots that are already part of the usual working schedule. The total hours to be worked in the week adds up the theoretical hours of the working schedule + requested and approved hours + hours of the request (being processed). Other requests submitted for the same week are also displayed.
- A table of potential rate increases (on overtime, night hours, non-working days, and public holidays) then appears depending on the settings of the working schedule. If offered in the table, select which balance (recovery or payroll) the actual hours worked will be transferred to
- Enter a comment: in the “Commentaire salarié” field if you are the employee concerned or in the “Commentaire responsable” field if you are not the employee concerned by the request
- Submit the request for approval. If multiple time slots were included in the request, one request will be created per time slot
Once the request is approved, depending on the settings chosen by the company, you can:
- Cancel the request
- Request cancellation from a manager or administrator
- Create an event on the resource schedule directly from the request via the Créer un nouvel événement button. This option is only possible if requests are entered with a start time and an end time, and not a volume of hours. The event is then called Travail Exceptionnel in the Planning Ressources
Note: exceptional work requests can only be configured in hours, the aim being to impact overtime.
You can also submit an exceptional working hours request from the following menus:
Access: Schedule module > Planning Équipe
To enter an event outside working hours, a link appears to create an exceptional work request
or
Access: Home page > Nouvelle demande de travail exceptionnel
