Access : Hiring > Jobs

Publish an advert

• Click on the line of the concerned job 
• Click on the Printer to print the record into PDF format to publish it 
• Publish the ad on different job-boards 

Track the publishing

• Go back to the list of job opening
• Click on '+' in the column 'Adverts' 
• Select the media 
• Enter a description 
• Select the date
• Click on 'Validate'
• Repeat the process, if necessary
