An interview with one of your employee is planned and you need to prepare it.
The preparation will mostly consist of open-ended questions and a self-evaluation of your colleague's skills.

Note: It is possible to review past employees' interviews. Each employee's interview is available for review in its respective employee directory. |

Preparing interviews for your team
Access: Individual Interviews > My team interviews
Open the interview for the relevant employee. Interviews may be filtered by status.
- Go to the "Questionnaire" tab.
- Fill in the answers to the questions.
- Go to "Pre-assessment of skills".
- Evaluate each skill, clicking on the relevant line.
- Finalize by clicking on "Interview done start report"

Then fill in a date and time of interview to be suggested to the employee. You may as well just accept dates suggested by employees themselves.

Employees' preparation for an itnerview may be shared to managers, and this even before validation. |
Once completed, both questions and answers will be made available for review before signing.
