An interview with one of your employee is planned, you need to prepare it.
The preparation mostly contains open questions and a self-evaluation of your employee skill's.

Prepare the interviews of your team
Access: Click on the link in the email you received or in Eurécia > Individual interviews > My teams interview
Open the interview of the concerned employee which is 'in progress' status by clicking on the 'file' logo 'Access to interview detail'

- Go to 'Questionnaire' Tab
- Fill in the answers to the questions
- Go to 'Pre-assessment of skills
- Click on the level you think your employee has reached for each skills.
- Finalize by clicking on 'Interview done start report'

Then fill in a date and time of interview to be proposed to the employee, or accept the one he/she has proposed to you.

After the interview with your employee, you will find all the information from the interview for signing.
