Does an employee want to take a specific training course? Would you like to request training for a member of your team?

Submit a training request
Access: Annuaire salariés > Open the employee record of the employee > Training tab
- Open the employee record of the employee concerned by the training request.
- Click the “Ajouter une formation envisagée” button at the very bottom of the training list.
- Search for the desired training course by entering a few letters in the title (for example: “Eng” for “English”).
- If the training course does not exist, you can create a new training course by filling in the various fields in the form. The HR department will see that a new training course has been created and will choose whether to add it to the catalog or not:
- title
- provider
- duration
- Select the action category:
- job adaptation
- career development or job retention / skills development
- not specified
- Indicate who initiated this training request:
- management
- the employee
- joint initiative
- Save.
The training course is added to the employee's training list, with the status “Envisagée”.
Submit a training request during a review
Access: Entretien > Entretien de mon équipe
If the Performance Reviews module is activated in Eurécia, you can request training for one of your employees during a review.
- Enter a new objective in the “Nouveaux objectifs” tab of your employee's review by clicking
and set the expected level.
- Click “Confirmer”.
- Once your new objective is created, you can add resources to achieve it by clicking
.
- Select or create a new training course in “Intitulé”.
- If you create a new training course, enter the various items:
- category / provider / initiative / cost / ...
- also specify which skills will be developed during this training course and the level acquired upon completion of this training course
- Submit this training course for approval by HR managers.
