In order for him to be able to request it from his Eurécia account, via the Leave & Absences module, you must configure transfer rules.

Target tracker
To configure a transfer from a tracker to another, it is necessary to ensure that the trackers are created in Eurécia.
To do this, it is necessary to create the absence type corresponding to the target tracker if necessary. Once this type of absence has been created, it should be checked that it is indeed associated with the leave profile of the employee concerned by the transfer of entitlements.
Access : Admin Area > Staff leave and absences > Open Staff leave profiles > Open the employee's profile
- In 'Staff leave types', check that the trackers concerned by the transfer exists.
- If not, insert the staff leave type concerned.

Configure transfers
Access : Admin Area > Staff leave and absences > Open Staff leave profiles > Open the employee's profile
- Open the staff leave profile for which you want to set up transfers rules from one tracker to another.
- In 'Configuration' Tab, 'Rules for transferring from tracker to tracker' click on '+' to add a transfer rule.
- The source tracker : It's the tracker from which the transfer is realized.
- Target tracker : it's the tracker to which the transfer is realized.

For example :
To configure an entitlement transfer from 'Paid leave' tracker (PL) to 'Compensation time' tracker (CT) with the following rules:
- 1 PL remaining days= 1 day in CT
- Transfer maximum 5 days for a period
- At least 18 PL days taken during the period. A
Here is the configuration to apply :
- Source tracker : paid leave (PL)
- Target tracker: compensation time (CT)
- Equivalence rule: 1 PL day = 1 day in CT
- Rule: limit the transfer total to 5 days per period
- Rule: Must have taken at least 18 days on the source tracker.
Save.
Approval cycle
By default, requests for entitlement transfers follow the approval cycle in place in the company. The manager will be able to approve or not each request from his subordinates via the "Manager View".
It is also possible to designate a specific person to approve requests for tracker-to-tracker transfers.
Common rule to all employees (example: approval by the N+1 Manager)
Access : Admin Area > General settings > Company record > Configuration
Add an approval rule that will be the same for all the employees in the company.
Unique rule for each employee
Access : Admin Area > General settings > Employees and users > Tules tab
Add an approval rule that will only apply for the concerned employee.
The approval cycle defines in the company record overrides the approval cycle from the company record. |
