The Eurecia team has been preparing for the last few months, a new graphical interface. Simpler, clearer, more user-friendly, readable and modern, and it is now optimised on your mobile phone 🤩 !
The first changes that you may have observed are the beginnings of these novelties. We apologize for the impact they might have had. We have done our best to ease the transition, rest assured that we care about your feedbacks and your remarks.
Here is an exclusive preview, specially made for YOU, of the fututre employee directory 🤫 !
This new version focuses on better ergonomics, better readability, a greater ease and ever greater conviviality, while preserving all your beloved features ! All of these novelties are based on new technologies that will allow us to point the way forward for Eurecia in the incoming months, in order to better serve your needs and meet your requirements.
Focus on the employee directory 
Our employee directory becomes a genuine directory, where you will of course find the first name and last name of your employees, their function, their departement and structure, their phone number, e-mail adress and several smaller innovations to discover.
And for our Administrators ?
Don’t worry, we did not forget you ! All of the Administrator’s actions are still available from your Admin area, in the employees & users menu. There, you will find all your filters (and more) along with your usual features:
- Data export
- Creation of the first timesheet
- Sending of login details
- Sending of activation codes for the digital safe
- Creation / duplication of user sheets
- Modification of the organisation chart
- Log in a user’s account  
The grapical reworking of our homepage is just a first stage. Step by step, our software will evolve towards this new design. Eurecia will slowly carry on with its transformation in the incoming months.
