Your photo directory

Card view

A clear and simplified view to find all information about your employees at a glance:

department and/or structure; work phone number; work email address; presence indicator: a “present”, “absent” or “remote working” status to see who is available at a glance.

Note: the ability to display the different information depends on the settings configured by your company.

The introduction sentence

Want to know a bit more about Marc? Click “”:

Every employee can fill in a short sentence to introduce themselves, share their story, passions, and hobbies!

This is done in the Mes Préférences menu and is limited to 105 characters.

Change the view

List view

Want to display essential information easily? Switch to list mode by clicking “”.

• I can choose the columns I want to display by clicking :
  • Department / Structure
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Status
• I can also choose how many employees should be displayed per page at the very bottom:
  • 10
  • 50
  • or 100

My choices will be saved for future logins.

The organization chart

You already know it, and it's still here!

To access the organization chart, I click “”.

Your employees' photos

Your employees can add their photo (or other 😊) by going to the Mes préférences menu again:

• I select the photo in my computer's file explorer
• I click “Open”
• I remember to save my changes

Default avatars

When my employees haven't saved a photo in their personal space, they will have a default avatar.
