What's on the menu ?
A brand new, more ergonomic header
The new header gathers your usual features as access to tasks, notifications and your personal space. We have also added small new features in order to improve and simplify your experience.
- My notifications and my tasks, but prettier 😊 !
I still find a direct acess to my tasks and notifications, as I did before.
- Find my co-workers faster !
I can get all the essential informations on the researched person with one click : first name/last name, department/structure, phone number, email address, and know immediately wether he/she is present or absent by use of the presence spot !
- My actions at the click of a mouse !
I can can create a leave request, a new expense report, add an expense or send an HR request in two clicks directly from my homepage.
- Access to my personal space
From this space, I may find my user sheet, access to my preferences, a direct link to a presentation of Eurecia’s new features and my customer center.
ou wish to go back to the homepage ? You can click at any time on your company’s logo in the header, in order to get to the homepage.
A new and more approachable menu
A new navigation which will allow you to simply and intuitively access your menus.
You will still find your usual modules and menus as before, but in a simpler, more readable version, that is completely usable on your mobile.
To navigate on the computer version, it’s simple :
- I click on ‘Menu’
- then, I click on the module which I’d like to open
- in the part openned on the right, I access the sub-menu, and click on the relevant menu in order to open it.
What’s next ?

- A more approachable software. From now on, Eurecia is more suited to be used on mobiles and tablets.
- A new homepage, designed for our user’s customs, and actions made simpler to access in order to save time.
- A new user directory : new display of the organisation chart with photographs, user sheets enriched with a 'present, absent, or teleworking' status to strenghten the link between co-workers Of course, that’s not it 😊 !
