Birthdays

Thanks to Eurécia, you will no longer have any excuse for forgetting Marine's birthday in accounting or Patrick's in comms 😊! You can activate the “Anniversaire” card on the home page of all your employees!

You will find today's birthdays as well as tomorrow's, so you don't forget to buy chocolatines (or pains au chocolat if you prefer 😉) for your favorite colleague!

Do you want to activate this feature? Some employees do not wish to share their birth date? No problem, we explain everything right below.

• As an administrator, enable or disable the “Anniversaire” feature

As an administrator, enable or disable the “Anniversaire” feature

Access: Admin area > Paramètres généraux > Fiche société > Paramètres tab

To enable this feature for all your employees, it could not be simpler, go to the “Paramètres” tab of your company record:

• in the “Paramètres Portail RH” section, check the “Afficher les anniversaires sur la page d'accueil” box.
• save.

When this feature is enabled, the “Anniversaire” card appears on the home page for all your employees. Their photo (or trigram) is thus displayed on the day and the day before their birthday. By hovering over this image with your mouse, you can see the name of the person concerned. The birth year is never indicated.

If some of your employees do not wish to have their birthday displayed, they can decline it directly.

As a user, I do not wish to share my birth date

Access: Mon compte > Mes préférences

If I do not wish my birthday to be announced on my colleagues' home page, I go to “Mes préférences” by clicking on my photo at the top right of my home screen:

• uncheck the “Faire apparaître le jour de mon anniversaire sur la page d'accueil de mes collègues” box,
• save.

The whole Eurécia team joins me in wishing you a very happy birthday anyway... a bit in advance, or late...
