Managing interview campaigns
Access : Individual interviews > Campaigns
- Go to "Individual interviews" and then "Campaigns".
- Feel free to display specific campaigns using the relevant filters
- Click on a campaign to select it
Tracking progress for a campaign
The statistics
It is possible to quickly visualize the progress for each interview using statistics and status:
- "In preparation" (In yellow): the manager has not set an interview date.
- "Planned" (In green): the manager has defined an interview date, the interview is being prepared by both apraisee and review manager.
- "Done" (In blue): The manager has specified in the software that he/she has conducted the interview. He/she is in the process of writing the conclusions.
- "To validate" (In blue): The manager has submitted the conclusion to the apraisee. It is now awaiting approval from the employee.
- "Closed" (In green): the interview was signed by both manager and employee. It is finished.
- "Cancelled" (In red): Interview was cancelled by managers or administrators.
Note : Campaigns "In preparation" did not start yet. Their start dates are later than the current date. Preparation will only be possible from the day of initialization. |
Details of the interviews
The list of all interviews to be conducted uses the same color code as the statistics table. This makes it easy to know the status of each interview.
- Filter by status using "Interview state" filter.
- Base on your filter, you may decide to print relevant interviews. Just click on "Other actions" and select "Export campaign interviews".
Sending reminders
Based on interview status
Once the relevant campaign is selected, just send a reminder to relevant managers clicking on "Remind the managers".
- Click on the "@" button in front of the status to be reminded
- Check the managers to be reminded: they will only receive an email for interviews with the status concerned
- Click on the "Reminder": the email is automatically sent.
Based on the manager
In the "Details interview" tab:
- Click on the "Remind the manager"
