Create an amendment to the objectives
Access: Menu > Interviews > My team interviews
|
- In the 'Interview Status' filter, I check the 'Closed' box because it is only possible to create an amendment for closed interviews.
- In the 'Action' column, I click on the 'pen',
- In the window that opens, I can choose a different maintenance manager and then confirm the creation of the amendment. It can no longer be deleted once it is sent for validation.
- The interview then returns to 'Completed' status.
Add new objectives
In the 'New Goals' tab, it is possible to add or remove new goals as well as ways to achieve them.
For more information on entering objectives, you can consult the following article: The different stages of the interview - Step 5
Validate the interview
Once the amendment is completed, you will simply need to follow the same validation steps as during a standard interview.
In the list of interviews, it is specified that an amendment was made to the interview in question.
