Filtering applications
To examine applications for an open position, in the search criteria:
- Select the position.
- If necessary, enter the minimum number of years of experience required.
- If necessary, select one or more skills.
Only candidates matching the criteria are then displayed, ordered by salary expectations (from lowest to highest), then by application date (from most recent to least recent).
The match percentage is calculated based on the skills required for the position and those of the candidate.
Analyzing applications and creating a shortlist
- Click on an application to open the detailed record.
- If necessary, download the cover letter from the associated documents (by clicking on the green icon representing a downward arrow).
- Compare the required skills with the candidate's skills.
- Based on this initial analysis, update the application status:
- Non retenue: if blocking points have already been identified and the application will not be examined further.
- En cours: if a more in-depth analysis or an interview needs to be conducted.
