📝 Note
- An amendment can be set up if the relevant review campaign is not yet closed.
- Only the manager, a review approver, or a talent administrator can create an amendment.
- An amendment can only be created on the last closed review of this type.
- An amendment can only be created if there is no ongoing review for this employee.
- In the “État de l'entretien” filter, check the “Clos” box — only closed reviews allow the creation of an amendment.
- In the “Action” column, click the pencil icon.
- In the pop-up window, you can select a different review manager, then confirm the creation of the amendment. Once submitted for approval, it can no longer be deleted.
- The review status then changes back to “Effectué”.
Add new objectives
From the “Nouveaux objectifs” tab, you can add or delete objectives as well as the means to achieve them.
For more information on entering objectives, refer to the article The different steps of the review — Step 5.
Approve the review
Once the amendment is completed, follow the same approval steps as for a standard review. In the list of reviews, a note indicates that an amendment has been created for the relevant review.
