There are two different ways to know the number of days worked of an employee which has a 'fixed number of days' contract.
Who is concerned by this article ?
Administrator as HR manager.
Via 'Staff leave calendar'
Access : Staff leave and absences > Staff leave calendar
- In the filter area, select a department, a branch or an employee (optional)
- In the "Calendar" table on the right of the selected month, select the year in question
- Click on 'Excel Export'.
- Select the export you want to do.
- On chrome: a .xls file will automatically download, you'll be able to find it in your "downloads".On firefox: select "open with" and your file will open or "save the file" and you'll be able to find it in your downloads.
Via 'Reports'
Access : Staff leave and Absences > Reports
- In the filter area, select a department, a branch or an employee (optional)
- In 'Excel' choose 'Day rate tracking.xls' and then click on the 'excel' logo.
- On chrome: a .xls file will automatically download, you'll be able to find it in your "downloads".On firefox: select "open with" and your file will open or "save the file" and you'll be able to find it in your downloads.

"Overview_Accrual" Tab
It is possible to display the overview of all employees for the selected year.
'Employee' Tab :
It is possible to view an employee's details for the selected year.
Recap
You can find the recap of number of annual days 'Flat contract - number of annual days (1). 'The total number of days worked (2)' and (2) - (1) represents the number of days remaining to be worked over the period.
It is possible to see in the annual table, for each month and day, whether the day and/or half-day is counted as:
- worked: (W)
- absence: absence code (PL, TL,...) + color
Whether half-days of absence and working time are considered depends on the settings made in the leave types.
