Eurécia allows you to visualize every requests whatever their status.

Visualize my team absences request's?
Access: Staff leave & Absences > Manager View > Request approval.
- It is possible to filter requests by "Department", "Branch", "Employee", "Type of absence", "Period" and "Status".
- "Archived data" allows you to visualize requests of your employees already gone
- Click on "Display"
- Requests will then appear in the 'Leave and absence requests' board
- The 'Status' column allows you to better identify requests that require special treatment:

- 'cancelled before validation': the request has not been validated and has been cancelled by the employee or his/her manager.
- 'provisional': your employee has registered his or her request in Eurecia but has not yet submitted it for validation.
- 'to be approved': the request has been submitted for approval. In the 'to be processed by' column, you can see who is responsible for processing the request.
- 'info request': the validation manager asked the employee for further information before processing the request.
- 'approved / rejected': the request has been approved or rejected by the manager
- 'to be cancelled': the employee has asked for his request to be cancelled
- 'cancelled': the request has been cancelled by the manager
Export absences requests
You can export your absence requests to Excel by simply clicking on
The data that will appear in the export is the one displayed on the screen with the filters applied. If you apply a filter on the 'working time reduction' type of leave and on the 'Approved' status, you will only see leave requests approved as working time reduction in your export.
It is also possible to export in .ics format by clicking on to integrate it into a calendar external to Eurecia.
