Depending on how annual leaves have been set up, the Eurécia platform may allow employees to use the remaining annual leave balances from the previous, current and following year to come.
If some leaves remain on a tracker from a much older period (N-2, N-3, etc...), it is highly likely the employee will not be able to request an absence using these much older trackers.
Consequently, these remaining leaves need to be shifted on a much more recent tracker.
Who is this article intended for?
Administrators for the Eurécia platform.
Transferring remaining leaves on another tracker
Access : Leave and absences > Manager view > Team trackers
- In the filter area, define the following information (mandatory):
- The type of leaves
- The period
- Click on "Display".
- Select the trackers and click on 'Actions'
We advise to shift the remaining balance only once the tracker is closed (Meaning once both the period of entitlement and use has expired). |
- In the list, choose "Shift the remaining units".
- A window opens:
- "Select the destination counter": Select the type of leave.
- "Select the year of the destination counter": Select the year of the tracker in which the leaves will be transferred.
- "Select action for non worked-days":
- "Ne pas basculer": Will not transfer the "non-working days". They will definitively be lost.
- "Basculer sur les droits acquis": Will merge the "non-working days" over the accrued entitlement for the targeted tracker. They will no longer be considered as "non-worked days".
- "Transfer to non-working days": Will transfer the amount of non-working days to the targeted tracker. They will still be considered as "non-working days".
- Add an "adjustment comment" to explain the different transfers.
|
- Check the results by clicking on "Preview":
- Click on Close or Back to cancel.
- Click on Apply to shift remaining balances.
|
Caution ! This action cannot be undone. |
Upon transferring remaining balances, the system will add a comment in both trackers of origin and destination.
To do so, open one tracker to visualize its details.
