The flexibility of worked time allows to establish, if needed, an automatic modification of the workshift calendar, when an employee pass his swipe card or to send an automatic alert to the manager for example. It is possible to manage different rules for every workshift calendar.

Flexibility of working time
Access : Admin Area > General settings > Workshift calendars
This flexibility can only be configured for people with external or internal Eurécia badge reader. |
- Select the workshift calendar concerned
- Click on 'Flexibility'
- You can configure it by slots :
- 1st time slot (arrival time)
- 1st time slot (departure time)
- 2nd time slot (arrival time)
- 2nd time slot (departure time)
Example: 1st time slot (arrival time) - Tolerance before
- The first timeslot defined in the workshift is 09:00 am -12:00 pm, and I tolerate that employees arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 a. m.
- In the 1st time slot (arrival time), I can configure 30 minutes
When an employee arrives before his workshift defined, then:
- If he arrives at 8:40 am : he arrives less than 30 minutes before his planned workshift (between 8:30 and 9:00 am), then Eurécia applies the time when he arrives (8:40 am)
- If he arrives at 8:20 am : he is early, more than 30 minutes before his planned workshift, then Eurécia considers:
- If 'Apply actual time' is enable, his actual time is 8:20 am
- If 'Apply tolerance time' is enable, the tolerate arrival time is 8:30 am
Example : 1st time slot (arrival time) – Tolerance after
- The first slot defined in the workshift is 09:00 am -12:00 pm, and I tolerate that collaborators arrive between 9:00 and 9:10 am
- In 1st time slot (arrival time), I configure a tolerance after + 10 minutes.
When an employee arrives after his workshift defined, then:
- If he arrives at 9:05 am : he arrives at less than 10 minutes after his workshift defined (9:00 and 9:10 am ), then Eurécia applies by default the actual time (9:05 am)
- If he arrives at 9:20 am : he arrives more than 10 minutes after his workshift defined then Eurécia considers:
- If 'Apply actual time' is enable, his actual time is 9:20 am
- If 'Apply tolerance time' is enable, the tolerate arrival time is 9:10 am
Example : 1st time slot (departure time) – Tolerance before
- The first timeslot defined in the workshift is 09:00 am -12:00 pm, and I tolerate that employees leave between 11:30 and 12:00 pm.
- In 1st time slot (departure time), I configure a tolerance before of 30 minutes.
When an employee leaves before his workshift defined, then:
- If he leaves at 11:40 am : He leaves less than 30 minutes before his workshift defined (between 11:30 am and 12:00 pm), then Eurécia applies by default the actual time 11:40 am
- If he leaves at 11:20 am : he leaves early, more than the 30 minutes tolerated, then Eurécia considers:
- If 'Apply actual time' is enable, his actual time is 11:20 am
- If 'Apply tolerance time' is enable, the tolerate arrival time is 11:30 am
Example : 1st time slot (departure time) – Tolerance after
- The first timeslot defined in the workshift is 09:00 am -12:00 pm, and I tolerate that employees leave between 12:00 pm and 12:10 pm
- In 1st time slot (departure time), I configure a tolerance after + 10 minutes.
When an employee arrives after his workshift defined, then:
- If he leaves at 12:05 pm : he leaves less than 10 minutes after the planned workshift (between 12:00 pm and 12:10 pm), then Eurécia applies by default the actual time (12:05 pm)
- If he leaves at 12:20 pm : he leaves 10 minutes after the tolerated time, then Eurécia considers:
- If 'Apply actual time' is enable, his actual time is 12:20 pm
- If 'Apply tolerance time' is enable, the tolerate arrival time is 12:10 pm
You can configure in the same way the 2nd time slot.
If you need, an email can be send to a person when the collaborator arrives or leaves after or before the tolerances defined and that for all slots.
If this break time is not respected, this break time will be increased automatically until the defined value has been reached. |
