Access: Expense Reports > Mes notes de frais

• Add an expense to a new expense report or to an existing report
• Select an expense type 'Mileage expenses'

• Enter the fields allowing you to enter departure and arrival locations

  ⭐ Favorite addresses
  Click the star to save your favorite addresses, to easily find them when entering your next expense (up to 5 favorite addresses per employee).

  

  

  Click the star again to remove this address from your favorites list!

• The route is drawn and the distance is automatically calculated

  🗺️ Stops
  Add one or more destinations if your route includes different stops

  

• Check the box 'Revenir au point de départ ' if you return to the departure address

  🏠 Home/work route deduction
  If your administrator has enabled this option and entered your home/work distance in the module settings, it will be automatically deducted from the declared distance for each journey.

  

  The configured home/work distance is subtracted from the total distance of your route.

  

  If the home/work distance is greater than or equal to the declared distance, the distance to reimburse will be equal to zero: your route does not exceed what you usually travel to go to work.

  

  📌 By checking the box “Je ne pars pas de mon domicile”, the home-work distance will not be deducted from the distance traveled:

  

  🛣️ Shortest route calculation
  Eurécia can now calculate the shortest route in addition to the fastest route.
  Your administrator chooses the calculation method applied to all employees in the module settings.

• Complete the remaining expense information
• Save

• Find the reimbursement calculation for your mileage expenses in 'Détail de remboursement'
