Eurécia provides your company's employees with the 'Well-being' module, which measures employee well-being levels anonymously, by department or structure.
What is the Well-being module?
Each user sees 3 small smileys on their home page allowing them to rate their mood of the day:
Then provide feedback (or not 😊) to explain this feeling.
Enable the Well-being module
Via employee records (manually)
Access: Admin area > Paramètres généraux > Salariés et utilisateurs
If the Well-being module is enabled for your company, you can choose whether or not to enable it for each employee as follows:
Open the employee record of the relevant employee,
In the 'Administration' tab in the 'Modules' section, check 'Well-being' to enable the module,
Save,
Via the new Admin area (in bulk)
Access: New Admin area > Abonnement > Bien-être > Gérer l'accès
If the Well-being module is enabled for your company, you can choose whether or not to enable it for each employee as follows:
Drag and drop the relevant employees into the right-hand column
Click 'Valider'
Is the module not enabled?
Nothing could be simpler!
Your company's certified administrator sends a short email to your wonderful support team requesting activation and specifying if it should not be enabled for certain employees, and that's it!
