As part of the Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week (QVCT) which takes place every year in June, create a great team dynamic by offering your employees to participate in a Secret Colleague!

Yes! Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT) aims to create an environment where everyone can thrive professionally while taking care of themselves and others. Far from trivial, Secret Colleague helps make your working environment attractive and encourages the engagement of all employees!

What is Secret Colleague?

The principle of Secret Colleague is a random draw among a group of people (your colleagues in this case). Each employee is the Secret Colleague of another employee and will have to pamper them with thoughtful gestures throughout the QVCT week, without getting caught. 🎁

Launch Secret Colleague in my company

Access: Home page > Secret Colleague card

Have you just discovered a new card on your home page? 

This card is only visible to administrators as long as Secret Colleague is not launched.

As a reminder, Secret Colleague will be available in your solution for a limited time from June 02, 2026 to July 02, 2026.

• Click 'C'est parti !',
• Choose whether my Secret Colleague will be organized by:
  • company: the draw will be organized across the whole company.
  • department or structure: in this case the draw will assign to each employee a person from their department or structure.
• Determine the registration deadline,
• Detail how Secret Colleague will run,
• Click 'Lancer l'évènement'.

Once the event is launched, my employees will receive a notification alerting them of the event and will see the Secret Colleague card appear on their home page. They can then decide whether or not to participate and even give some indications about their preferences to help their Secret Colleague.

Track the organization of my Secret Colleague

Once my Secret Colleague is launched, I can track and modify it from the Secret Colleague card by clicking on the three dots.

I can:

• Modify the organization of my event,
• Create a Vie de Bureau to announce the event,
• Send a reminder to employees to encourage them to sign up

The draw will be launched automatically after the registration end date. Each registered employee will receive directly on Eurécia the name of the person to whom they must give a small gift.

Reveal my Secret Colleague

Each employee can reveal (in all discretion) their Secret Colleague whom they will have to pamper with thoughtful gestures, simply by clicking 'Dévoiler mon Secret Collègue'.

5 ideas for thoughtful gestures to pamper your colleagues 

1.  Surprise Breakfasts or Snacks:
   - Bring pastries, fresh fruit, or your Secret Colleague's favorite snacks.
   - Organize a surprise coffee break with their favorite drink (tea, gourmet coffee, smoothies).
    
2. Motivating and Encouraging Messages:
   - Leave sticky notes with inspiring quotes or words of encouragement on your Secret Colleague's desk.
   - Send an email or personal message highlighting the work and qualities of your Secret Colleague.
    
3. Personalized Gifts:
   - Offer a small personalized gift (engraved pen, mug with their name, notebook).
   - Prepare a relaxation kit (scented candles, tea bags, hand lotion).
    
4. Public Recognition:
   - During a team meeting, publicly praise the achievements of your Secret Colleague without getting caught.
   - Write a post on the intranet or internal social network highlighting the contributions of your Secret Colleague.

   - Discreetly decorate your Secret Colleague's desk with items they like (plants, photos).
