Eurécia provides your company's employees with the “Well-being” module, which measures employee well-being level, anonymously, by department or structure.

Thanks to employee responses, you can evaluate and interpret the well-being rate.

How is the well-being rate calculated?

You can configure the well-being rate using an interpretation gauge.

It consists of different levels and is distributed by default as follows:

One reported mood = x% well-being

Example: (2 red x 0% + 3 yellow x 50% + 4 green x 100%) / 9 (number of reported moods) = 61%

Modify the well-being rate calculation

You can modify this gauge as you wish by dragging the different sliders to the values you feel best meet your expectations.

For example, the well-being rate is 61%. As configured, it corresponds to the yellow color “J'ai connu mieux”. You need to move the gauge if you consider that 60%, for example, corresponds to the green color

You can return to default settings by clicking Rétablir les valeurs par défaut.

Note: 'Désactiver le calcul des statistiques pour les départements et les structures' allows you to hide the calculation of the well-being rate from employees with restricted visibility. This also allows you to control the visibility of feedback. If you do not enable this option, all your employees without exception will see everyone's feedback.
