First of all: Congratulations and welcome to Eurécia 😁!
Eurécia is an HRIS tool that will allow you, for example, to manage your leave requests and timesheets. It also makes it easier to complete all your administrative tasks.
Shortly before your arrival at your new employer, you will be asked for administrative information and documents. Eurécia allows you to enter this information and send these documents directly.

Connecting to Eurécia
Your future employer sent you an email containing a link to an onboarding form. Simply click on it to access your personal space.
Enter your administrative information
The link in the email leads to a guided flow. Follow the steps, it's as simple as that 😁!
You can enter your personal information, contact details, bank details (RIB), ... as well as the documents requested by your employer. Everything will be synchronized in your personal space!
Be sure to save by clicking the valider button on the right of the screen!
Once your information is pre-filled, you can access your own personal space:
Download the documents provided by my future employer
Your future employer can provide you with certain administrative documents, such as the collective agreement or details of the company mutuelle.
These documents are accessible from the top left menu “HR Portal > Documents”:
Open the folder of your choice and download the documents.
