Deletion of data
Deleting a user account is irreversible . All data associated with this profile will be lost : leave and rights history, employee record elements, pay slip, expense reports, etc.
To limit handling errors and avoid loss of essential data, you cannot delete a user account directly.
In order to be autonomous, our ZEN customers have the possibility to directly delete collaborators created by mistake. You wish to remove this possibility for security reasons. Contact us! |
Archive a user account
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees & Users > Employee file
When one of your employees leaves your company, you have the option to archive them so that they are no longer counted in your workforce. This way, you still keep all of their history and you will even have the option to unarchive them if necessary.
- I open the file of the employee concerned
- I go to the 'Admin' tab
- I check the box ' User archived' and unchek the box ' User'
- I save
Delete a user account
Do you really want to delete a user account? No worries! Send us an email at support@eurecia.com with the following information:
- name of your company
- name and surname of the user to be deleted
- email address of the user to be deleted
And we take care of it 😊!
