Access: Expense Reports > Vue manager
To easily display what you are looking for, use the “Justificatifs” filter to choose between:
- Expense reports with receipts with probative value,
- Expense reports with receipts without probative value,
- Expense reports without receipts,
- All expense reports.
The corresponding expense reports are displayed.
To download receipts for an expense report:

💡 Good to know: downloaded receipts retain their legal value. You can therefore download and archive them without any worries!
⏳ Once the export is launched, wait a few moments: it will arrive in your notifications and by email within a few moments.
You can then download the .ZIP file, which will contain as many directories as expense reports with receipts:
The Adobe Acrobat Reader application automatically offers to view the valid signature of the document.
⚖️ What does the law say?
Each receipt added in Eurécia is converted to PDF, timestamped and electronically signed. These documents therefore have the same legal value as paper originals in the event of an URSSAF audit.
The result? 🎯 The administrative department says goodbye to piles of paper, and employees save valuable time when entering their expense reports.
