Job sheets or job descriptions allow you to define a position based on its tasks, working conditions, and required skills. They are very useful for recruiting a new employee, for internal mobility, for defining a training plan, for evaluating an employee, or for a career plan, for example!
In Eurécia, you can export them globally in Excel format or print them individually in PDF format.

In case of an issue?
When you click on the link in your email, are you redirected to Eurécia's login page and nothing happens?
When you click on the link received by email in your inbox, the link opens with the browser configured by default on your computer. If this browser is not the one you are logged into Eurécia with, you will be redirected to Eurécia's login page.
Here are 3 options to solve this problem:
- option 1 : Log in to Eurécia on this new browser and request the export again. You will receive a new email and you will be able to open the file directly.
- option 2 : Right-click on the link and choose 'Copy link address', then paste this link directly into a new tab of the browser you are already logged into Eurécia with.
- option 3 : Change your default browser
- On your computer, click on the Start menu,
- Click on Control Panel,
- Click on Programs Default Programs > Set your default programs,
- On the left, select the desired browser,
- Click on Set this program as default program,
- Click on OK.
And there you go 😊!
