Calculate the traveled distance in kilometers

Eurécia allows to automatically calculate the number of kilometers traveled, you just need to fill-in the start and end addresses for every travel.

Calculate the traveled distance

Access : Expenses reports >My expenses reports

• Create an expense report or open an existing one 
• Add an expense
• Select an expense type 'Km expenses' 
• Fill-in the fields that allows to enter the start and end addresses

• A Google Map appears: the travel appears and the distance is calculated 
• Check 'Return' if it is a two-way trip.
• Complete the other information
• Save
