Access: My employee record > Compétences
Skills are presented in the form of a radar chart, by skill, area (organizational, interpersonal, cross-functional, general, etc.) or by type (knowledge, know-how, interpersonal skills, etc.):
- Red: the expected level for each skill according to the job description.
- Green: the evaluation of your actual level.
Note: the history of jobs held is indicated at the bottom of the page.

Skills are classified into two categories:
- Skills related to the job held: those required to perform the job.
- Non-job skills: those not directly related to the job, useful when considering career development, a change of position, or a cross-functional project.
Note: the level for each skill is indicated according to a scale specific to your company.
If you have the new employee record
Every employee can view their job description, overall evaluation, and skills from the Compétences tab of their employee record:
