In the left-hand column:
- Check the required skills. You can search by name, domain, or type.
- Once the selection is finalized, click “Afficher les résultats”.
- In the right-hand column, open the “Collaborateurs” tab.
Employees fully or partially matching the selected skills appear in the list. To view the details of an employee's levels, click the icon:
Submit a training request from the details
In the employee's skill details — accessible from a fiche métier or an employee record — a 🎓 icon is available to the right of each skill. It allows the manager or administrator to directly make a training request to bridge the gap between the required level and the level acquired by the employee.
From the fiche métier, Collaborateur tab, by clicking on the relevant employee:
or from the relevant employee's employee record, Skills tab:
You will be redirected to the training catalog to select the desired training:
💡 The request then follows the same approval workflow as other training requests, and appears in Training Management with the origin “Skills module” automatically populated:
The relevance calculation rule
Relevance corresponds to the average between the percentage of acquired skills among those selected, and the average of levels achieved on these acquired skills.
Formula: ((% of acquired skills) + (average of acquired levels)) / 2
Example: 3 skills are selected. An employee has 2 of them → (2/3) × 100 = 66 %. The levels achieved are 100 % and 75 % → average of 87,5 %. Final score = (66 + 87,5) / 2 = 76,75 %.
Manager access and restriction
The Panorama des compétences is also accessible to managers, who can however view only the data of their own teams. If access is unavailable, contact the support team.
You now have all the elements to effectively use the Panorama des compétences 🎉
