Access: Skills module > Catalogue des compétences
From the skills catalog, click Exporter > Les compétences par collaborateur.
The Excel file is sent to the reference email address:
Exported data
The Excel file contains the following columns: last name, first name, job, family, description, activities, skill, skill code, skill domain, skill type, description, required level, and employee level.
Export the skills catalog
Access: Skills module > Catalogue des compétences
From the skills catalog, click Exporter > Le catalogue des compétences.
The Excel file is sent to the reference email address.
Exported data
The Excel file contains the following columns: skill code (automatically generated by Eurécia, useful for updates via import), skill, skill domain, skill type, description, and key skill.
In case of problems
When clicking on the link received by email, does the Eurécia login page display without anything happening? The link opens in the computer's default browser. If this browser is not the one in which Eurécia is already open, the login page displays. Three options to resolve the situation:
- Option 1: log in to Eurécia on this browser, then restart the export.
- Option 2: right-click the link > Copier le lien hypertexte, then paste the URL into a tab of the browser already logged into Eurécia.
- Option 3: change the default browser: open the Start menu > Control Panel > Programs > Default Programs > Set your default programs, select the desired browser, click âDĂ©finir ce programme comme programme par dĂ©fautâ, then on OK.
