In the first tab, you will find a table summarizing the data for all your employees on a Forfait jour for the selected period.
Employee tab
A tab is created for each employee.
At the top left of the Excel file, the annual summary of the number of days to be worked over the period “Contrat forfait jours annuels (1)” appears.
The “Nombre total de jours travaillés sur la période (2)” (2)-(1) represents the number of remaining days to work over the period.
You will find a summary of their schedule with the days counted as worked as well as those not worked. The last line of the schedule indicates the number of worked days per month.
- Worked: (T)
- Absence: absence code (CP, RT, ...) + color
Taking half-days of absence into account as worked time depends on the settings configured in the leave types.
The second table gives you the detail of non-worked days per month and by type.
