Access: Leave and Absences > Vue Manager > Validation des demandes
- For better visibility, I can filter requests by 'Département', 'Structure', 'Salarié', 'Type d’absence', 'Période', and 'Statut'.
- The 'Données archivées' checkbox allows you to find requests from employees who have left the company
- I click on 'Afficher'
- The requests then appear in the 'Demandes de congés et absences' table.
- The 'Statut' column allows me to easily identify requests that require special processing:
- canceled before approval: the request was not approved and was canceled by the employee themselves or their manager
- provisional: your employee saved their request in Eurécia but has not yet submitted it for approval
- to approve: the request was submitted for approval. In the 'à traiter par' column, I can see who is responsible for processing this request
- information request: the approver requested additional information from the employee before processing the request
- approved / declined: the request was approved or declined by the manager
- to cancel: the employee requested the cancellation of their request
- canceled: the request was canceled by the manager
Export absence requests
You can export absence requests to Excel simply by clicking .
The data included in the export will be the data displayed on the screen with the applied filters. If you apply a filter for the leave type 'RTT' and the status 'Validé', your export will only contain approved RTT leave requests.
You can export in .ics format by clicking to integrate it into an external calendar outside Eurécia.
