Eurécia allows you to archive an expense type that you do not use anymore. It allows to to store all the expenses that have been created with this type, but to make it unavailable for future expense reports.

Archive an expense type
Access : Admin Area > Expense reports > Open Profiles and Groups
- Click on the expense profile concerned
- Click on the expense type to archive
- Go to 'General information'
- Check ' Archived' :
- Save
Where are the archived expenses?
Access : Admin Area > Expense reports > Open Profiles and Groups
- Click on to display the expenses archived, active or all expenses.
