Exporting expense types in Excel format
Access: Admin area > Expense reports > Expense types
Click on the Export button.
The exported file will arrive in your notifications and in your email inbox in just a few moments 😊
Simply click on the notification to download the file to your computer.

Each column in the file corresponds to a setting of the expense type:
For parameters displayed as 1/0:
- 1 = the box is checked
- 0 = the box is not checked
Accounting information related to the type of expense can be found in the 'VAT Configuration' tab.
