Eurécia allows the management of many currencies. Some are updated automatically every day, based on the daily exchange rates published by the Banque de France.
Others can be added manually in the platform.
Support
If the 'Taux de change' section does not appear, you should contact your support team, who can activate it for the Administrator profile.
Note: if a rate is added manually, it will not be updated automatically. You should regularly keep it up to date.
Add or edit a rate
Access: New Admin Area > Expense Reports > Open Taux de change
- Open an existing exchange rate grid or add a new one
- In the 'Informations générales' section, enter:
- the name of the exchange rate
- the base currency
- check 'Taux par défaut' (mandatory) so that your custom rates apply.
- In the 'Taux de change' section, add one or more rates
- Select the target currency, the date from which to apply this rate, and enter the value, for example, if 1€ = 1107,09 ARS as of 18/02/2025:
- Save
