Assign a new schedule

The same work schedule can be assigned to several employees. Thus, in order to impact only the employee concerned and to maintain an accurate history, a new schedule specific to part-time or therapeutic part-time should be created.

Step 1: Create or identify the new work schedule

Access: Admin Area > Paramètres généraux > Ouvrir Horaires de travail

The list of the various existing work schedules appears. If a part-time or therapeutic part-time schedule corresponding to the employee's new schedule already exists, simply check that everything is correctly filled in.

Otherwise, a specific work schedule should be created for the employee concerned.

Step 2: Assign the new schedule to the employee

Access: Admin Area > Paramètres généraux > Ouvrir Salariés et Utilisateurs

• Open the record of the employee concerned
• In the 'Emploi' tab, go to the 'Jours de travail' section
• In the work schedules table, click the '' button: a new line is created in the table

• Select the new schedule in the drop-down menu of the 'Horaires de travail' column
• Enter the start date of application for the new schedule, Eurécia automatically applies an end date to the previous schedule corresponding to the day before the start date of the new schedule
• Save
