Setting up a cyclical schedule is identical to a standard work schedule. You have as many days to set up as there are days in the cycle.
For more details, see this article: Create or edit a work schedule.
Enter the schedule in the employee record
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees and users > Employee record

- In the Job tab > Work days section, add a new work schedule by clicking on '
' - Enter the various dates:
- Start date: date on which the employee started working with these schedules
- End date, if applicable
- Cyclical schedule start: date on which the cycle should start (allows choosing if the cycle starts on an even or odd week, for example)
- Save
Note: The cycle start date entered in the work schedule and the one entered in the employee record can be different. For example, you can shift your cycle by one week by modifying the cycle start date in the employee record.
