The principle

When the option “Horaire planifié dans Planning équipe” is selected, working time flexibility is no longer based on the schedule entered in the employee record, but on the slots placed in the employee's schedule.

Several rules then apply to determine the slots taken into account for flexibility.

Rules to know:

The schedule must be published

The schedule must imperatively be published to be taken into account. Otherwise, the schedule in the employee record will serve as reference.

Case of a single slot in the day

When only one slot is present on the day in the schedule, it is considered as slot 1 for flexibility.

Case of two slots in the day

When two slots are present on the day in the schedule, the first is considered as slot 1 and the second as slot 2 for flexibility.

Case of no slots or more than two slots

When no slot, or more than two slots, are present on the day in the schedule, this case is not handled: only 2 slots can be configured for flexibility. The schedule in the employee record will then serve as reference.

Types of slots taken into account

All slots are taken into account for this calculation, regardless of their type (scheduled work period, absence, rest day, public holiday, etc.).

Warning: Only 2 slots can be configured for flexibility. If the schedule contains more than two slots on the same day, the schedule in the employee record automatically takes over.
