Eurécia offers your company's employees the "Well-being" module, which measures the level of employee well-being, on an anonymous basis, by department or structure.
Thanks to the employees' answers and feedback, you can evaluate and interpret the well-being rate.

Interpretation of the well-being level
Access : Admin Area > Well-being
How is the well-being rate calculated?
A mood declared = x% of well-being
Example : (2 reds x 0 + 3 yellows x 50 + 4 green x 100) / 9 (number of moods declared) = 61%
You can configure the well-being rate from an interpretation scale.
The scale is composed of different levels and it is configured as follows:
- Red : See you tomorrow
- From 0% to 33%
- Yellows : I've known better
- From 34% to 66%
- Green : A pleasant day
- From 67% to 100%
Edit the well-being rate calculation
You can edit as you wish this scale with the values that match your expectations.
For example, the well-being rate is 61%; as the scale is configured, it corresponds to the yellow color 'I've known better'. You have to move the scale if you consider that 60% corresponds to the color green.
You can reset the old configuration by clicking on 'Restore default values'.
