With the Well-being Module, Eurécia offers you the possibility to assess the well-being of your employees.
But you can manage the visibility that employees will have on the level of well-being of the company's employees.
Who is concerned by this article ?
Administrators of Eurécia platform in your company.
Manage visibilities of your employees
Access : Admin Area > Well-being
When activating the module, visibilities will be assigned automatically in these three different profiles: restricted, privileged and Integral.
Note : Feedback access is automatically enabled on all types of profiles. |
Restricted (for all employees)
It allows access to the moods and feedback of its department/structure.
Privileged (for the department managers and managers)
It allows access to the same data as the restricted profiles except that they can be viewed by department and/or structure with a comparative inter-departmental and inter-structure view.
Integral (for the company director) :
The person in charge defined in the company record will automatically have an "Integral View".
Visibilities are the same as the privileged profile with the possibility to have a detailed view of all departments and structures.
No rights (the module is not active) :
This column allows you to view the employees for whom the module is disabled. The module is deactivated only from the company file if it is inactive for all employees, or from the employee record.

Change the visibility of an employee
All you have to do is drag the employees from the 'restricted' and 'privileged' column to 'integral'.
