Set up a cyclical work timetable
Access: Admin area > General settings > Working hours
- In the 'Information' box:
- Click on 'New work schedule'
- Indicate the name of your schedule (click on the flag to access other languages)
- In the 'Worked days' box:
- Check the 'Cyclic schedule' box
- Enter the start date of the cycle. It is recommended to start your cycle on a Monday.
- Indicate the number of days in the cycle. It is recommended to indicate a multiple of 7.
- Indicate the average number of days not worked per week (so that the calculation of leave rights is done correctly):
Set working days
Setting up a cyclical schedule is the same as setting up a traditional work schedule. You have as many days to set as there are days in the cycle.

Enter the schedule in the employee file
Access: Admin area > General settings > Employees and users > Employee file
- In the Jobs tab > Working days box, I add a new work schedule by clicking on '

- Start date: date the employee started working these hours
- Cyclic hourly start: date on which the cycle must start (allows you to choose whether the cycle starts on an even or odd week, for example)
