Assign roles to HR/Payroll managers

In Eurécia, it is now possible to type HR managers so that they are only contacted for certain actions: dematerialized pay slips, requests for HR certificates or modifications to employee records.

Type HR/Payroll Managers

Access: Admin area > General settings > Company file > Configuration tab

In the 'Approval Circuit' box:

• Click on ' ' to add an element or on the 'pencil' to modify an existing element
• Add a circuit activation condition:
  • (No conditions) = the designated HR manager is responsible for all actions
  • Digital safe = the designated person will only receive the pay slips of people who have refused to have their pay slips dematerialized
• Save
