Skills you possess as well as level estimated for each one of the skills already have been informed by your HR department or by your manager.

Those skills might have been updated after an interview or if you have been following a training course.

Access : Admin Area> General settings > Employee and users > Open the record > Skills

Skills are exposed under a radar form, exposed by skills, domain (organizational skills, relational, and general …) or by type (knowledge, know-how and attitudes):

• In red: the level expected in the job record.
• In green: your own level evaluation.
