Exporting skills by employees
Access: Skills Module > Skills Catalog
To export my employees' skills, it's very simple:
- I open the skills catalog and click on Export > Skills by Employee.
- The Excel file will be sent to your email address.
Exported data
In this Excel file, you will find:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Job
- Job Code
- Family
- Description
- Activities
- Skill
- Skill Code
- Skill Domain
- Skill Type
- Description
- Required Level
- Employee's Level
Exporting the skills catalog
Access: Skills Module > Skills Catalog
To export my employees' skills, it's very simple:
- I open the skills catalog and click on Export > Skills Catalog:
- The Excel file will be sent to your email address in Excel format.
Exported data
In this Excel file, you will find:
- Skill Code or "Code de la compétence" (Automatically generated by Eurécia, allowing you to update the catalog via import)
- Skill or "Compétence",
- Skill Domain or "Domaine de compétence",
- Skill Type or "Type de compétence",
- Description,
- Key Skill or "Compétence clé"
In case of an issue?
When you click on the link in your email, are you redirected to Eurécia's login page and nothing happens?
When you click on the link received by email in your inbox, it opens with the browser configured by default on your computer. If this browser is not the one you are logged into Eurécia with, you will be redirected to Eurécia's login page.
Here are 3 options to solve this problem:
- Option 1: Log in to Eurécia on this new browser and request the export again. You will receive a new email and you will be able to open the file directly.
- Option 2: Right-click on the link and choose 'Copy link address', then paste this link directly into a new tab of the browser you are already logged into Eurécia with.
- Option 3: Change your default browser:
- On your computer, click on the Start menu,
- Click on Control Panel, Click on Programs Default Programs > Set your default programs,
- On the left, select the desired browser,
- Click on Set this program as default program,
- Click on OK.
And there you go đ!
