Find my requests

Access: Leave and Absences > Mes Demandes

Below the summary table of leave balances is the leave requests table, which lists the various requests and their status.

The 'A traiter par' column indicates the name of the person responsible for processing the request:

• The employee's name if it must be submitted for approval
• The manager's name if it is 'à valider' or 'à annuler'

The 'Statut' column indicates the state of your request:

• validée: your request has been accepted by your manager
• refusée: your request was unfortunately declined
• annulé: this request was cancelled by yourself or you requested its cancellation
• à valider: your manager has not yet given their response
• à annuler: your manager has not yet given their response
• prévisionnelle: warning! with this status, your request has not been submitted for approval; it appears on the schedule with a different color.
• demande d'info: your manager is asking you for more information on this request before making a decision

You can filter the request display based on absence type, status, and period.

What do the filters correspond to?

Type of absence

It allows you to display only requests submitted with a specific type of absence. For example, you can display only RTT.

Period

It corresponds to the year of the balance from which the request is submitted: 2025,2026...

Status

You can filter by status to find only requests that were declined, for example.

See only conflicting requests

This checkbox allows you to view only requests for which a constraint is not met, such as overlapping requests and/or following other criteria configured by the administrator.

For example, in a department of two people, if a minimum staffing constraint has been configured and both people submit a request for the same day, the request will be in conflict.
