Understanding my balance as an employee

Access: Menu > Leave and absences > My leave balance

From this screen, you can view your available leave balance.

Viewing the details of my balance

For more information on your balance, click “Voir le détail”.

This view allows you to access all your balances as well as the details of rights accrued, taken, and remaining for each of them.

Helping me understand my balance

If you have any questions regarding your leave balance, click “Comprendre mon solde”.

Your Eurécia administrator can add information and explanations tailored to your company rules to help you better understand the calculation of your rights and balances.

Helping my employee better understand their balance (as an administrator)

Access: Menu > Admin area (new) > Leave & absences > Absence settings

To assist employees in understanding their balances, Eurécia provides several predefined explanations:

• Understanding the difference between an accruing balance and a balance being taken
• Understanding why my leave balance may differ from the one shown on my payslip
• Understanding the concept of JNT (Non-Working Days)

Adding a customized explanation

You can also add explanations specific to your company, your convention collective, or your internal rules.

To do this, click “Ajouter une explication”.

The entered explanation will then be visible to all employees from the Mon solde de congés page, in the “Comprendre mon solde” section.

This feature allows you to provide details on the management rules applied within your organization and make it easier for employees to understand their leave balances.
